    Update: All customer accounts are now able to access the platform.
  • Time: June 2, 2016, 4:19 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We have restored platform access for the majority of our customers. We have identified that a much smaller subset of customers may not be able to access the platform, and we are continuing work to restore their access.

    Update: We have put the application in emergency maintenance mode.

    Update: We have resolved this incident. If you need additional assistance, please contact us at [email protected].
  • Time: May 17, 2016, 5:02 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We have identified an issue with scheduled legacy reports (built in Report Wizard) that may have prevented reports from being emailed properly to their recipients. The bug itself has been fixed and all Report Wizard reports have been generated properly. However, if you scheduled a report to be emailed between May 12 and May 17, it is recommended that you resend the report. To resend a legacy report, navigate to Report Wizard, find the generated report in the Recent Reports listing, and click the gear icon next to it. Select the "Run/send again" option to email the report again. This issue only affects Report Wizard reports. Raven customers using Report Builder are unaffected and any scheduled reports run through the newer reporting tool were published (and emailed) as expected.

    Update: Our upstream issues appear to be resolved.
  • Time: May 9, 2016, 2:08 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We are working with an upstream provider to address intermittent issues with accessing the Raven platform.

  • Time: April 26, 2016, 3:20 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: We have verified that the issues affecting database replication has been resolved.
  • Time: April 25, 2016, 8:05 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We have identified an issue where the data between our "write" and "read-only" databases has become out of sync. This can affect reporting and numerous other facets of our application in terms of performance. Your data is safe, as record "writes" continue to occur without incident. We are working to resolve this issue.

  • Time: April 14, 2016, 9:28 p.m.
    Status: Resolved
    Update: Data from LinkedIn's Company Pages has begun to repopulate in both LinkedIn Metrics and Report Builder. We believe that LinkedIn has resolved the API issue on their end, but will continue to monitor this data for changes.
  • Time: April 11, 2016, 5:41 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We are continuing to await an official response from LinkedIn on this issue. At this time, our engineering team has no means to retrieve company metric data through the API. The error message has not changed, and we do not have any indication as to their intentions for this endpoint. Timely and accurate reports for our customers are our top priority. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
  • Time: March 31, 2016, 7:21 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We have identified that the issue remains on the LinkedIn API side, specifically when requesting data for "Company Page" metrics. All of our requests to this endpoint are returning HTTP 500 errors without further context. Other API users are reporting similar trouble on social media. We will provide updates here as soon as we have them.
  • Time: March 30, 2016, 3:10 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are investigating errors when retrieving metrics from LinkedIn. As a result, some customer reports may be returning zeroes in place of metrics.
