Description: We identified a problem with one of our recent enhancement"s that we deployed to production today. The database migration was running infinitely due to a table locking. This is an un-expected table lock and we are still investigating it which led to an hour of downtime.

Description: We faced a major outage due to AWS (Amazon Web Services) problems yesterday. AWS outage brought many sites & services down worldwide for several hours. Heroku (PaaS) was also down due to this AWS outage. Here is the status from Heroku https://status.heroku.com/incidents/1059 Our platform and services are largely hosted on Heroku and thus even Realvolve was down for more than 4 hours.
