Description: This issue has been resolved, and Cortex is accessible again. The root cause was a temporary database issue. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Description: Access issues have been resolved. This was a temporary network issue, and additional monitoring checks have been added to several components of the system.

Description: Issues with the drag and drop builder have been resolved. Image manager is loading normally now, and all image files will now upload successfully, even with special characters and spaces in the filenames. The root cause was a deploy from BeeFree on Saturday morning for scheduled maintenance, which first caused some authentication issues, and then further caused slowness and filename issues. We worked with their team throughout today to come to a final resolution. We will put additional monitoring and safeguards in place to ensure these types of issues do not happen in the future. We apologize again for the issues, and please let us know if you have any further questions.

Description: The image manager loading issue has been resolved. The root cause was a authentication error introduced by scheduled maintenance from our vendor, BeeFree from earlier this morning. They pushed out a patch to fix the issue. Most sites are now functioning normally, but some may have slower load times on their image libraries. We will continue to work with BeeFree on speeding up the image manager in the meantime. We deeply apologize for the prolonged issue today. Please reach out to [email protected] with any questions.
