Description: One of our datacenters had a hardware failure on a highly-available clustered switch. That did not recover in the appropriate manner and the network links were brought up manually by the infrastructure team. Remediation steps are being undertaken to create a new circuit in order to enable an additional level of failover should a similar issue occur in the future.

Description: Early this morning (2/1/2021) our automated process to update global data related to tax law changes encountered an alert. Our infrastructure team responded to the alert and corrected the alert but, due to the timing of the issue, there was a small interruption in the ability to post charges and a slight delay in processing the billing queues. Normal operations have resumed, and all billing should be finished.
