Description: We would like to inform you that on the evening of Friday, April 5th, we encountered a technical challenge that affected the performance and availability of certain pages within our platform. This was directly attributed to essential security enhancements that we were implementing at the time. Our team worked diligently to address this issue, and we’re pleased to announce that full service was restored on Saturday morning, April 6th, at 10:30 AM. We understand the importance of uninterrupted service and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during this period. We appreciate your patience and support as we continue to enhance the security and reliability of our service. Thank you for your understanding.
