    Status: Resolved
    Update: We're not going to sugar coat it. The chat server outage at Noon PST today was just plain user error. It wasn't due to server load or anything of that nature. We inadvertently stopped the production chat service. After a few minutes, we realized what happened and it then took a few more minutes to initiate the process to bring it back up properly. Our apologies for the 10 minute or so outage!

    Update: The Server Upgrade is taking a bit longer than expected. We are investigating the state of one of the servers now.

    Update: We have applied a temporary fix to our Redis servers, and will be planning some maintenance time for a more permanent fix.

    Update: The issue has been resolved for Ryver organizations. Working on the main ryver.com website now.

    Update: We are working on the certificate warning when accessing the site.

    Update: We are not seeing any evidence of issues with embeds anymore, but are still working with that vendor to see if there was a known issue.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: The vendor we use for displaying embedded images appears to be having issues, with requests for images returning a "503 Temporarily Unavailable" message. We have created a support ticket with them and are waiting for feedback.
