    Update: Per an AT&T service alert posted to https://www.att.com/outages/, this issue is now resolved.
  • Time: Feb. 22, 2024, 2:14 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: AT&T is currently experiencing a nationwide outage in the US. As a major carrier, many smaller carriers rely on their network as well and are impacted. As such, Convoso customers may experience trouble with calls not connecting to AT&T customers. While this impact is not isolated to Convoso, and impacts anyone's ability to reach those on the AT&T network, we are closely monitoring this situation.

    Update: This issue is now resolved and our inbound phone number should once again be reachable by our customers. Thank you for your patience.

    Update: We have identified an issue with the carrier handling the routing for our inbound support phone number. We have submitted a ticket to this carrier and are working actively to resolve.
