    Status: Resolved
    Update: Starting from 02h01 UTC a server on a B_SSD class block storage cluster experienced some OS issues leading to increase of latencies. On this node, storage services were flickering / having slow operations from the cluster point of view and the cluster was unable to declare this node fully out leading to latencies and IOWaits At 02h11 UTC situation worsened with IOTimeouts. Cluster started recovering after our team intervention at 02h23 UTC At 02h33 UTC cluster was fully stable with nominal latencies Low latency volumes (sks_5K and sbs_15K) were not impacted by this incident.

    Update: Since 02h01 UTC there is availability issues on block storage in nl-ams-2. This cluster is fully available since 02h23 UTC but still experiencing some latencies Concerned volumes are legacy BSSD Volumes and not Low latencies volumes

    Update: The installation fees with the Dedidscount for a 36 months commitment are actually billed, while they shouldn't be. Our Dedibox team is already aware of this issue and is working on it.

    Update: The daily mail backup process is blocked and recent mail backups are unavailable for some of our classic hosting customers. This does not affect website or database backups. Our teams are currently investigating.

    Update: We are currently investigating an issue with intermittent DNS failures that may cause Functions and Containers deployments to fail with an "Error" status. We are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide further updates on our progress.
