    Update: We're investigating an infrastructure issue causing intermittent 500 errors when loading pages as well as a response of "there was an error printing label" on some label generation requests. We'll update as soon as rectified.

    Update: UPS reports the issue is fixed. We're monitoring.

    Update: UPS’s API is returning rates without discounts for some customers. This is occurring across shipping platforms and is related to an incident on the UPS side. Shipped orders will be billed at the correct amount with discount so you can continue to use UPS. Just be aware, the rates will show incorrectly in some cases

    Status: Identified
    Update: We have spoken to the correct people at FedEx and they are working on finding a resolution. We will update here as soon as we get an update.

    Status: Identified
    Update: FedEx labels are not generating. This seems to be because last night FedEx turned off access to the API we were using for address validation. We've contacted FedEx and are also looking at how to bypass from our end.

    Update: All inventory has been removed. We will reach out with any recommended cycle counts. Thank you for your patience.

    Update: All totes are cleared. There are still a set of earlier orders where we cleared the tote but didn't remove inventory we're still working on handling this and will provide an update.
