The root cause has been identified and our technical team already implemented a fix to mitigate the issue. Impacts: - Events were not automatically triggered on the impacted orders. - Concerned orders were not completed if no events were triggered. - Collected GPS positions were not shown on the order map (we only display positions when there is at least one event triggered). Next action: - A solution is being assessed to complete the life cycle of orders impacted by this anomaly.
