Description: On 11/4/24 at 11 AM PST, following a deployment, the Smartsheet Control Center application began experiencing general app slowness. This was identified on 11/5/24 and full performance restored by 12:15 PM PST. We are investigating the root cause and will take steps to prevent future occurrences.

Description: Between 4:14 PM and 4:18 PM PST, users may have experienced degraded access to Smartsheet, including issues with loading the app and data. This was due to a maintenance update that unintentionally impacted production traffic. The maintenance completed with no further impact.

Description: Control Center experienced a provisioning issue from 11/1 at 1:47 PM PST to 11/4 at 9:15 AM PST. During this time any sheet references within a newly provisioned project may not have properly relinked from the blueprint source template item to the appropriate project item. Reprovisioning the affected project(s) will address the issue.

Description: Our workflow processing system experienced delays of up to 38 minutes on Monday, October 28th between 6:45am PT and 10:05am PT due to increased database load. Our team has resolved the issue and implemented safeguards to prevent future occurrences. All workflows were processed successfully and systems are now operating normally.
