Description: On September 24th, 2024 at 10:18 AM PDT, customers began experiencing intermittent errors when attempting to access sheets and forms. The team rolled back a recent configuration change and all systems were fully recovered by 10:45 AM PDT.

Description: On September 20th, 2024 at 10:10 AM PT, users in US and EU regions were unable to preview attachments in Smartsheet; the ability to add attachments was not affected, however. A fix was applied and the ability to preview was restored by 12:18 PM PT.

Description: On September 10th, 2024, at 5:07 PM PST, users were unable to access Smartsheet for 20 minutes. A fix was applied at 5:34 PM PST, customers may have experienced brief slowness across the app until full service was restored at 6:03 PM PST. We are implementing improvements based on the insights gained from this incident to help prevent similar issues in the future.

Description: A brief service disruption occurred at Smartsheet on September 4th, 2024, impacting some users' ability to log in. The issue began at 6:16 AM PT and was resolved by 6:50 AM PT on the same day. The disruption was attributed to a recent change in the login infrastructure, which necessitated further load flexibility adjustments. To quickly restore service, the change was rolled back. While not all deployments and service releases are communicated to customers, Smartsheet acknowledges the delay in posting about the outage and pledges to ensure timely communication about similar incidents in the future.

Description: At 3:26 AM PDT on August 14th, 2024, Smartsheet users encountered an error preventing them from selecting a new sheet when creating or editing specific automated workflows. The issue was traced to a recent change in the search UI component within a WAUI release. A rollback of the WAUI release was implemented, successfully resolving the issue by 4:24 AM PDT. Further investigation into the root cause within the search UI change is ongoing.
