Description: At 9:34 AM PDT on August 8th, 2024, Smartsheet experienced a spike in backend system errors discovered via our logs. The source of the issue was related to an unusually large workload, and the system recovered on its own by 10:13 AM PDT.

Description: At 7:59 AM PDT on August 5th, 2024, Smartsheet began investigating customer reports of slow performance. We discovered the source of the issue was related to a recent change that forced users to download a large file when loading Smartsheet. At 10:50 AM PDT, a fix was rolled out to mitigate the issue.

Description: On August 2nd, 2024 at 9:26 AM PDT, the index search service experienced a high error rate leading to unexpected issues for customers when trying to access Forms, Dashboards, WorkApps, and the Admin Center. After initial investigation our teams identified the source of the problem and began mitigation. By 9:40 AM errors began dropping back down. By 10:20 AM Forms, Dashboards, WorkApps, Admin Center identity reporting monitors were recovering and back to normal. We are making improvements based on our learnings from the incident to avoid similar incidents in the future.

Description: We experienced intermittent delays in loading the app between 1:35 PM and 2:25 PM PDT on August 1st due to an issue identified during an app update. The update was rolled back, and all systems are now fully operational.

Description: At 2:50 pm _PDT_ on July 30th, 2024, we noticed that users couldn’t access Smartsheet due to issues with our AWS service provider. The issue was resolved by 5:20 pm PDT and users were able to access Smartsheet.
