    Update: To our knowledge, all of the identified issues with T-mobile have been resolved. If you continue to experience message delivery issues, please reach out to our support teams for assistance.

    Status: Identified
    Update: Solutionreach is still continuing to monitor this situation and have been working with upstream SMS providers in the carrier landscape to address these ongoing issues. Our latest information from them indicate that the corrections that need to be made have been submitted and are in queue waiting to be processed. We will continue to monitor and update as additional information is available.
  • Time: July 8, 2022, 7:29 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are experiencing intermittent deliverability issues with outbound SMS messages on T-Mobile. We are working closely with our 3rd party message aggregator and T-Mobile to resolve the issue. We have been informed that this issue impacts approximately 6% of our total SMS traffic. This does not impact inbound messages only outbound.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: All systems appear to be working as expected and our third-party vendor has resolved the issues on their system(s). As such we are resolving this incident and will continue to monitor for any additional issues.
  • Time: June 27, 2022, 6:02 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Third-party internet connectivity issues have been identified at our datacenter. Service has been restored and applications should be accessible at this time. We are still monitoring and working with our vendors to ensure that all systems are back to expected performance levels.

    Update: All applications have gone offline due to third party connectivity issues. Our team is in contact with our partners to address the issue.

    Update: We have several reports of general application slowness to load pages and perform as expected. We are currently investigating these issues and will attempt to rectify as soon as the core issue is found.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Our team has identified a corrective process to address issues for those impacted. In the rare case that it does not solve your issue, our support team also has a workaround that should be sufficient for all those remaining. If you continue to experience this issue, please work with our support team to update your SR Notify software.

    Status: Identified
    Update: Our Engineering team has identified the issue. It appears that those customers who have been effected by this issue are not running the most recent version of SR Notify. If you are impacted, please contact our support team at 1-855-733-5228 to have them assist you with upgrading your installation to the most recent version. Once the updated SR Notify has been installed, the issue appears to be resolved. We will continue to monitor our support channels for any other issues we may not yet be aware of.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: We have identified an issue that is effecting some customers using SR Notify. In some cases Users who are experiencing this issue will be unable to open or have issues opening SR Conversations built into SR Notify. Our Engineering team is investigating the issue and working with customers to determine a root cause. As a workaround for SR Conversations, users who are experiencing this issue can still use SR Conversations through the browser by logging into the platform and then choosing the "Open SR Conversations" button in the top right of the dashboard page, or by navigating to https://chat.solutionreach.com/conversations/ui Users who are SR Schedule customers may still experience issues getting notifications of schedule events until a resolution is determined. If you are in this situation please contact our support team at 1-855-733-5228. Please note that this does not impact the SR Schedule site that patients use, just the notifications arriving at the practice from requested appointments.

    Update: We have not seen any issues since our earlier outage. Marking this as resolved.
  • Time: March 29, 2022, 6:38 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We have identified and repaired an invalid configuration that we believe caused the system to malfunction. At this time we believe the system should be operational again. Our engineers will continue to monitor for other outstanding issues.

    Update: SR Conversations may be unavailable or respond with errors and not function as expected. Our Engineers are working toward a resolution.
