    Update: No further issues have been reported at this time. All systems are operational as expected.
  • Time: Dec. 8, 2021, 9:15 p.m.

    Update: Our Data center support group has stated that the issue has been resolved on their side. We will continue to monitor as well. If you experience any additional issues please reach out to our support group for assistance.

    Update: We have Identified the issue as an ISP and internet routing issue local to the datacenter where the Solutionreach servers are located.. Tickets have been opened to address the issue with our data center support team, which they have already declared as an ongoing issue. Users on Xfinity internet may be experiencing a higher degree of failures than users on other ISPs. This means that only a small slice of users may experience the issues we've identified and even then it may be intermittent. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as we get them from our third party data center support group.

    Update: Our Engineering and Ops teams have identified an issue where the Solutionreach platform may fail to load or only load a portion of the page. This may effect other Solutionreach applications such as SR Conversations and SR Schedule.

    Update: Update from AWS: We have mitigated the underlying issue that caused some network devices in the US-EAST-1 Region to be impaired. We are seeing improvement in availability across most AWS services. All services are now independently working through service-by-service recovery. We continue to work toward full recovery for all impacted AWS Services and API operations.

    Update: Update from AWS: We continue to experience increased API error rates for multiple AWS Services in the US-EAST-1 Region. The root cause of this issue is an impairment of several network devices. We continue to work toward mitigation, and are actively working on a number of different mitigation and resolution actions. While we have observed some early signs of recovery, we do not have an ETA for full recovery. Solutionreach Operations will continue to monitor these updates and performance and update as information becomes available.
