Status: Identified
Update: As of 1:58 PM CT, we identified that some customers were experiencing issues with video playback. After investigating the issue, we have identified that the cause of the issue is related to Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3 failures. Amazon is experiencing increased error rates in a specific region. Since identifying this issue, we are working to switch video playback to different regions for customers experiencing issues. We should have a temporarily solution in place very shortly as Amazon resolves the S3 error rates.
