Description: Our engineering team encountered technical challenges while upgrading a database during our normally scheduled maintenance window. Unfortunately, the time it took to address and resolve these issues extended beyond that maintenance window, thereby resulting in failed scans and the platform being inaccessible for customers from 17:44 to 22:00 UTC.
