    Status: Resolved
    Update: The Switcher team has received increased reports of users who were unable to livestream with the Switcher app. The majority of these reports were attempted livestreams to Facebook. The peak time for issues occurred at 11:00 AM EST on 04/28/2024. Our engineers are investigating the issue and will provide any findings as they are made available.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: This issue has been resolved with the release of Switcher 10.2.1.
  • Time: March 1, 2024, 7:05 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: An issue has been identified in Switcher app version 10.2 that prevents switching between video assets in the Sources panel. Current workarounds for this app version are to disable audio on any video assets (long hold on the video asset, tap edit properties, toggle off Enable Audio, tap Done) or to switch to a live source or photo asset between videos. The development team is aware of the issue and is in the process of rolling out a fix.

    Update: The incident is now fully resolved, and we have been able to assist those affected. Thank you for your patience.
