    Status: Resolved
    Update: This issue has been resolved. Facebook's Graph API was temporarily returning an error when attempting to determine if a video was being created on a timeline, page, or group. The issue has been resolved by Facebook and services have been restored.
  • Time: Feb. 16, 2022, 9:46 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Facebook appears to have rolled back the change that caused the error. We're currently monitoring our integration and checking to see if everything is back up and running.
  • Time: Feb. 16, 2022, 9:08 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We have identified an issue where users are receiving the Facebook error "(#100) Subject should be a page account" when attempting to create a live video post on a Facebook Page. This appears to be caused by an unintended change in Facebook's Graph API. We will provide an update when we have a solution in place. As a workaround, you can still stream to Facebook by using Custom RTMP.   • Time: Nov. 8, 2021, midnight
    Status: Resolved
    Update: Beginning at 11 AM EST and ending at 12 PM EST Switcher servers had intermittent connection issues which would cause some requests to be dropped or take a very long time to complete. The majority of the connection issues happened between 11:45 AM EST and 12 PM EST. The underlying cause was a server configuration issue that prevented our servers from scaling up appropriately for Sunday morning traffic. We manually scaled the servers at 12 PM EST to accommodate the influx of requests and fixed the configuration issue that caused the automatic scaling operation to fail. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused to everyone that attempted to use Switcher at that time.

    Update: We found the issue and have restored access to previously uploaded Switcher Cloud assets.
