    Update: Facebook has identified a problem with its live streaming platform which prevents users from streaming to scheduled live videos that are created by a third-party via the Facebook API. The issue has been assigned to an engineering team at Facebook. https://developers.facebook.com/support/bugs/1115974642152209/

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Our third-party vendor has resolved the Chrome 85 issue with Video Chat. Services should now be restored.
  • Time: Sept. 1, 2020, 8:29 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: Twilio is continuing to work on this issue. You can track progress on the issue via Twilio's Status page. https://status.twilio.com/incidents/fvlq6hww7crv
  • Time: Sept. 1, 2020, 6:15 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: It has been confirmed that this is an incompatibility issue with Chrome 85 and our third-party video chat service (Twilio). Twilio is currently testing a fix. More info at: https://github.com/twilio/twilio-video.js/issues/1158#issuecomment-685033360
  • Time: Sept. 1, 2020, 5:43 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: There is a Chrome bug in Chrome version 85.x which prevents you from receiving or sending audio in Video Chat to clients connected using other browsers or the Switcher app. Previous versions of Chrome work fine, as well as other browsers such as FireFox or Safari. We are currently investigating the issue and will report back as soon as we have more information.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Facebook Live comments for videos posted on Timelines appear to be working again. We will continue monitoring this issue.
  • Time: May 3, 2020, 11:04 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We've determined that Facebook comments on personal Timelines are not appearing inside Switcher. This is a change made by Facebook and a Bug report had already been filed. https://developers.facebook.com/support/bugs/320368758944004/ At this time we are waiting for a response from Facebook. Comments still work as expected on Facebook Pages and Groups.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: The issue has been resolved and you should now start receiving emails.
  • Time: May 1, 2020, 9:32 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We have identified an issue that is causing emails sent from our system to no be delivered. We are currently working on a solution. Email types include: Password Resets Email Verification Team Invitations

    Status: Postmortem
    Update: There were a couple of brief partial outages that were caused connection issues with our API. The vendor we use for error logging, Rollbar, had an all day outage, and logs on our server were backing up causing these sporadic issues. We turned off logging temporarily to restore service.
