    Status: Postmortem
    Update: Starting at 27th of May 2022 at 10:47 AM CET users who created multiple documents in the same session on the Website, would receive the previously created document from that user session. Engineers were engaged on 30th of May 2022 at 9:54 AM CET and started to investigate the issue. They found that a recent change in the Integration system introduced a bug where the internal state of the Website was not set correctly when creating multiple documents. On 30th of May 2022 at 11:20 AM CET Engineers implemented the fix and started to deploy it into Production, and at 12:16 the fix was rolled out to all clusters.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: The incident has been resolved, and further information will be provided in a postmortem shortly. We apologize for the impact to affected customers.
  • Time: May 30, 2022, 8:39 a.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: Engineers have determined the root cause of the problem and are working on a resolution for the problem. Further updates will be posted here soon.
  • Time: May 30, 2022, 7:59 a.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We have identified an issue that affects a subset of customers and are working towards a resolution. When creating a new document from within the Website, the previously created document will be downloaded instead. Document creation from within Office Add-ins is not impacted. Further updates will be posted here soon.
