    Update: We have addressed a database issue. This has now been resolved. Users are now able to access the Reward Centre and batch processes such as reports and data uploads are progressing again. We will continue to monitor to ensure service remains stable following the fix. Once our further investigation into the issue been completed, we will follow up with an incident report to provide full details on the cause and how we are looking to prevent this happening again going forwards.
