    Update: Microsoft Azure's restoration has completed and AFT services have been restored. If you experience any issues please email helpcenter@thruinc.com.

    Update: US Azure region hosting AFT is currently in the process of being restored by Microsoft. We are currently monitoring to make sure AFT service restoration completes without any issues.

    Update: Microsoft Azure has reported the following: "We are aware of this issue and have engaged multiple teams to investigate. As part of the investigation, we have reviewed previous deployments, and are running other mitigation workstreams. We’ve determined the underlying cause and are currently working towards mitigation. We will start to see incremental recovery in next 90 minutes. . . . " As Microsoft continues to resolve this issue, our Thru DevOps team is actively working on restoring Thru services for US region AFT in effort to provide a total restoration for Thru customers as quickly as possible.

Current Status: We are aware of this issue and are actively investigating. The next update will be provided in 60 minutes, or as events warrant. " https://azure.status.microsoft/en-us/status ----------------------------------------------------------------- This outage will impact our customers from accessing the AFT site: https://us.thruinc.com/ and will cause all file delivery to stop until the outage is fully restored. Our Thru DevOps team is working with Microsoft to understand when the outage will be resolved. We will be provide more information as it becomes available. We apologize for any inconvenience this disruption may have caused and appreciate your patience. Our priority is to ensure a swift resolution and minimize impact on your operations.
