    Status: Postmortem
    Update: **Date of Incident:** June 2, 2023 **Incident Description:** The ValuTrac Software network infrastructure experienced a partial outage rendering the production service unavailable. **Identification:** At approximately 6:00 am CST the ValuTrac service became unavailable as a result of the Windows Failover Cluster service. The Windows Failover Cluster service failed to automatically restart and bring the SQL Database Cluster into a healthy state on multiple nodes despite numerous attempts. After multiple attempts to restart, the SQL Database Cluster would not manually return to a healthy state. **Mitigation:** The ValuTrac network team determined the quickest path to recovery was to provision a new production database server, thereby recovering the production service and data at the point in time for which the Failover Cluster service failed to automatically restart and bring the SQL Database Cluster into a healthy state. **Solutions & Prevention:** The ValuTrac network team has rebuilt the SQL Database Cluster to be more resilient and will be updating the production environment during the scheduled maintenance window from Friday, June 16th, 10:00 PM CST to Sunday, June 18th, 1:00 PM CST.

    Status: Monitoring
    Update: The network issue has been resolved and we are continuing to monitor. Your ValuTrac site should be fully operational, including any third-party integrations. We apologize for the disruption to your business this morning. The cause and details of this mornings outage will be posted after we complete our technical postmortem.

    Status: Identified
    Update: We are currently in the final stages of validation to bring the service back online. The service should be available shortly and we will notify you when fully restored. We apologize for this inconvenience this morning and holding you up today!

    Update: We are continuing to work urgently to resolve the identified network issue. We will provide an additional update shortly.

    Update: Customers are continuing to see network issues, resulting in ValuTrac sites being unreachable. We have identified the issue and are working urgently to resolve. We do not currently have a time frame for resolution. Please know our teams are working hard to get everything up and running, and we will update you in 30-minutes with the latest information. We're really sorry to be holding you up today!

    Update: Thank you for your patience. The Production issue has been resolved with the UCDP integration and we are back to normal operation.

    Update: The UCDP is currently experiencing submission issues, they are aware of the issue and are working to resolve. We will closely monitor and provide an update as soon as we have one from the UCDP.

    Update: The network outage, error and degraded network performance from 11:55 AM to 12:25 PM on 9/29/20 has been resolved. The network is fully operational.
