Description: We have obtained a Service Incident Report from our data center and on Friday, January 17th a small group of their customers experienced a short duration interruption of internet access. This was a result of a planned decommission of legacy core network gear and a hold-down route that allows the data center to advertise an aggregate prefix to its IP transit partners upstream was still in service on legacy core routing gear. Said route was migrated to new core routers to resolve the issue.

Description: Unscheduled maintenance was completed the night of January 14th, to install a critical patch. It was necessary to complete this immediately and we apologize for any interruption in the service.
