Description: We've identified an incident affecting the Vanta Web App and Vanta Public API which occurred between 9:56 AM to 10:09 AM PDT on September 10. During the incident, many pages were temporarily unavailable and some requests during this time may have incorrectly logged out the user. This incident has been resolved, and the Vanta Web App and Public API should be functioning as expected.

Description: An issue in which Certn Background Check data was no longer syncing to Vanta has now been resolved. It may take up to 24 hours for existing integrated customers to receive missing or new data. Customers should now be able to connect Certn Accounts again. In the event that you are still missing data, or having trouble connecting please reach out to Vanta Support.
