    Update: It was identified that when pet parents on the US server are booking appointments, they are facing delays in receiving their confirmation, cancellation and rescheduling emails. The same delays are also noticed in emails sent to our clinic users as well. Our development team has already identified the issue and they are working on a fix, we will provide an update here as soon as the fix is released.

    Update: We have concluded that the fix for the global outage is now in place by our PMS partners and the clinics affected, and we are seeing all of them come online now.

    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We are seeing the affected clinics and PMS come back online. We will monitor further until everything is back online.
  • Time: July 19, 2024, 4:17 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are currently facing a set of outages affecting a few of our PMS partners. We believe it is linked to the global Microsoft outage happening right now. While Vetstoria does not have a reliance on Microsoft services, some of our Partners do, so we are working with them to resolve this.
