    Update: Abaxis is reporting an outage affecting results transferring to Vetter Software that began around 5:54AM PST.

    Update: We appear to be experiencing an issue similar to what we saw earlier today, where performance has slowed as a result of increased database activity. We're checking into the cause of the issue and will provide an update shortly.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: The slowness issue started at roughly 1150am and ended at at roughly 1220PM PST. Our initial research indicates that the issue was related to inventory ordering and a process that hanged. The issue has been resolved and we will be looking more into this issue tonight to ensure this does not happen again. Marking resolved.

    Update: The database has recovered and we're seeing response times returning to normal levels. We're researching the root cause and will continue to monitor performance.

    Update: We are experiencing slowness in our application. We're checking into the root cause and will provide an update shortly.

    Update: We've received no update from Google, however the clinics we've been speaking with have reported that printing is online again. Marking this incident as resolved.

    Update: Just had a report from a customer that the printing is now working. No update from google yet though. Will leave this issue in "Investigating" status for a bit longer.

    Update: We have received a response to our help ticket submitted to Google: Message from Google: "We are experiencing an issue with Cloud Print beginning around 2.30 Symptoms: Users are unable to submit print jobs to existing printers Our engineering team continues to investigate the issue."

    Status: Investigating
    Update: Google is continuing to work on the issues with their cloud services. We are seeing a lot more tickets being created with Google from other companies also impacted by their service disruption, so we are hopeful this will focus resources on a speedier fix. Will provide another update when more information is available.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are seeing what appears to be Google Cloud Services having issues again this morning starting at around 5am PST. We are researching the issue now and will update this incident when we have more information.
