    Update: Google Cloud is still experiencing issues. Will update again this evening - hopefully with better news.

    Update: We have checked again and GCP is not responding even using direct calls to Google (imeaning bypassing Vetter completely). We will update this ticket later this afternoon.

    Update: Google is reporting issues with many of its cloud services this morning. While cloud print is not called out specifically, our guess is the issue with cloud print not communicating (via Vetter or directly), has to do with a Google cloud service that GCP relies on for processing. This is a link to the Google cloud status page: https://status.cloud.google.com/. We will provide another update within an hour.

    Update: The issue related to generating PDFs has been resolved. While times are still a bit longer for generation currently, this time is dropping as the system works through the current backlog of jobs. Performance should be back to normal (1-2sec generation of a paper file PDF) in the next 10min. Updating status as monitoring.

    Update: Database slowness issue has been resolved. We found the issue to be the result of one of our newly deployed micro-services consuming more database resources than anticipated. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the resulting degraded performance.
