    Update: We have identified the cause of users unable to start and/or join Gateway meetings and are working towards a resolution on Health4. The issue is resolved on the VidyoConnect environment.

    Update: We are receiving reports of users unable to start and/or join Gateway meetings. This is in reference to the ability to join meetings over SIP or H.323 protocols (Third Party Vendors including but not limited to Telecom, Stratus, CyraCom, Polycom, etc). Our team is investigating the issue and will provide further updates as they become available to us. In the meantime, please direct your calls through our VidyoConnect client (Download option provided upon joining meeting) or WebRTC (Option provided upon joining call).
