    Update: The SMS sending issue was due to undisclosed carrier changes which now require bulk SMS messaging to clearly indicate sender and opt-out instructions. VidyoCloud SMS invites have been updated to ensure they are compliant with new carrier standards and reduce the chance of future message rejections. Additional internal monitoring for rejected messages has also been implemented in order to more closely track any future changes.
