Description: Our engineers made a network change in order to reliably failover the application and make it more fault tolerant to solve for a different issue but we hit certain error thresholds which resulted in the app being unavailable from 1:12-1:25pm EST. The changes were reverted as soon as the request failures were noticed and the application was up and running thereafter. Affected application: Activate (activate.vts.com)
