    Update: Following a thorough review with the product team, the root cause has been determined to be an issue external to the Vyopta environment. No further action or remediation is required.
  • Time: Oct. 16, 2024, 5:48 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Data collection for Microsoft Teams has resumed collection back into Vyopta over the past 12 hours. Please allow until tomorrow for your Microsoft Teams data to appear in Tech Insights Analytics, as the newly collected data will be processed overnight. Our product team will provide a root cause analysis of the issue once it is available.
  • Time: Oct. 14, 2024, 10:37 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: At this point, we are reaching out to Microsoft to assist with identifying the issue of data delivery. We will provide another update once we have identified the issue, or end of day Tuesday (Central Time)

    Update: We have reports today that customers are not able to see Microsoft Teams data in Tech Insights Monitoring and Analytics over the past day. Our team is currently investigating the issue, and we will provide an update once we have identified the issue.
