    Update: Issue has been resolved. The Login Service used by the collectors has been stable.

    Update: The Login Service used by the collectors had an outage around 2PM CST. This outage has caused a subset of customers collectors to fail authentication with the Vyopta cloud. We recommend that you check your collector and start the service should it be stopped. We have remedied most of the issue, but some customers may still be experiencing problems with data collection related to Zoom Phone. Our team is actively working to resolve this issue. We expect to provide another update in the next couple of hours with more information on the resolution. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience.
