Description: We have successfully pinpointed the root cause behind the false alert emails generated by the affected service. Our dedicated engineering team has implemented a robust fix for the issue. While it's important to note that such occurrences are exceptionally rare, there may still be isolated cases where the service may inadvertently trigger false alerts for a small subset of customers it serves. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work towards ensuring a seamless experience for all our users.

Description: In retrospect, we've identified the underlying reason behind the issues encountered by a few of our valued customers. It can be attributed to the application of a 'group by' filter on endpoint tags that have undergone recent changes. Description: The outage was caused by a code issue that was inadvertently introduced into our system. Unfortunately, this change contained an issue that resulted in a service degradation. Upon discovering the code issue, our engineering team immediately initiated an investigation to identify and resolve the problem. In order to restore the services as quickly as possible, we decided to revert the code change to a previous stable version.
