Description: # Incident Update Our team has successfully identified the root cause of the incident. The loading issue in templates and demos is the result of a [bug in the latest version of Chrome](https://issues.chromium.org/issues/347676172), which is impacting web applications globally. To mitigate this, our team has deployed a set of temporary fixes, which will remain in effect until Chrome releases an updated browser version. The fix will be released in version `126.0.6478.127` of the Chrome browser. The set of temporary fixes that our team has deployed will apply automatically to templates, but existing demos must be updated/republished for the changes to take effect. Please note that this issue is specific to the Chrome web browser. We advise users to update to the latest version once it becomes available. We’re so sorry for this disruption. Our team is working diligently to minimize the impact of this Chrome bug. # Update Required: Chrome Version 126.0.6478.127 Now Available The Chrome Team has released a browser update, version `126.0.6478.127`, which addresses the bug identified in the previous version. If your Chrome browser has not updated automatically to this latest version, we strongly recommend that you update it at your earliest convenience. _To update Chrome to the latest version:_ 1. Open Chrome 2. Click the three dots \(⋮\) in the top-right corner 3. Select Help > About Google Chrome 4. If an update is available, click Check for updates 5.
