This incident was reported by - *umMonitoring The following services were affected: - We experienced issues within our network - The SSLVPN Service was affected During this time, the services were degraded. Description of the incident: We experienced an issue with one of our firewalls The following actions have been taken to solve the incident: The firewall cluster did an automated failover to the next member All referenced services have been recovered. In summary, we can say that from the customer's point of view, only the SSLVPN service was temporarily unavailable. Should you notice further service restrictions, please contact our servicedesk.
