    Status: Identified
    Update: A small subset of customers can experience a delayed enrollment process when using Automated Device Enrollment. Specifically on devices using Automated Device Enrollment with Await Device Configured and Priority Deployment Software with values of 0.1 - 0.9 may hang on the enrollment screen. We have applied a fix for a subset of devices that may be stuck on the Device Management screen during an Automated Device Enrollment. The fix should be completely rolled out within the next 60 minutes. Please contact [email protected] if you need additional assistance on this issue.

    Update: Apple has confirmed this bug and created a fix for this issue in macOS 12.6.3. As a result, after 12.6.3, devices will no longer update to macOS 13 (Ventura), when initiating a update for macOS 12 (Monterey). This fix will be released by Apple with the release of macOS 12.6.3. Please contact Apple Support for additional information, if you need the apple feedback number, please contact us for this information.

    Status: Identified
    Update: We have identified a potential issue in macOS Monterey that will allow devices to upgrade to macOS Ventura 13.1 as a minor update via MDM-deployed System Updates even if OS updates restrictions to block the upgrade are in place. Further details are explained in this article (https://support.addigy.com/hc/en-us/articles/12288656119187). We will provide further updates and information as they become available from the investigation.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Apple has resolved the issue with the Activation Lock Disable Endpoint. You should now be able to disable Activation Lock again.
  • Time: Dec. 9, 2022, 8:10 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We have received information that Apple has had this issue reported by several MDM vendors besides Addigy and is investigating. As soon as we learn more we will provide another update.
  • Time: Dec. 8, 2022, 5:34 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We, along with several other MDM Vendors, discovered on Friday December 2nd that the Disable Activation Lock Service URL was no longer responding. We immediately opened Feedback FB11853337 with Apple. We have not had any feedback from Apple regarding this problem and the endpoint continues to fail. If you run into issues please report this to Apple and reference the feedback we have filed. If you need assistance recovering an activation lock code in the interim, please contact [email protected]. We will provide another update when this issue is resolved.
