    Update: We are happy to confirm that this issue has been resolved and Infusionsoft tags are once again fully functional, and sending to Infusionsoft as expected. Thank you for your patience! If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected]

    Status: Identified
    Update: We have identified the issue with Infusionsoft and continue to work with them on this issue. We have however seen some improvement in our abilities to send queued tags through to Infusionsoft. We will provide more updates as they become available from Infusionsoft.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are investigating reports of Infusionsoft users not receiving tags from opt-ins to their forms. Leads themselves are still making it to Infusionsoft just without the tag attached. Tag submissions will not be lost during this time, they are currently queued and will send through to Infusionsoft upon the resolution of this issue. We are working to mitigate this issue and will provide more updates as they become available. Thank you for your patience!   • Time: March 17, 2021, 5:52 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We've identified that the ongoing issue may be experienced intermittently across the Leadpages tool including, attempting to collect opt ins, loading pages and gathering analytics data. These issues are sporadic and we will retry them if they fail. As we receive updates from our vendor we will update this status.

    Update: Due to a connection issue with our cloud storage vendor Google, we are currently experiencing intermittent issues with loading published assets and showing failed connection errors. This issue may also affect the ability for us to store opt-ins for later sending and as a consequence, opt-ins may be lost. We are working to mitigate this issue and will provide more updates as they become available.

    Update: We have successfully collected effected leads from this timeframe and have begun the process of resubmitting them to their designated endpoints. We do not yet have an ETA for how long resubmitting the leads will take, and will provide another update as soon as this information is available. Leads submitted during this time were not lost, and were saved in our backend systems. We are collecting all effected leads that were previously not sent and will be sending them through to their respective endpoints once we've completed this process. We expect this process to take approximately 8 hours. You can access your leads before then as they are available via the CSV download option within the builder on effected assets.
