    Update: We have confirmed resolution of the issue in which data processing was delayed in specific areas of the Draw Management application. Thank you for your patience, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
  • Time: Sept. 7, 2023, 7:14 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We have identified an issue in which data processing is delayed in areas of the Draw Management product, such as Portfolio and Global Search. We are implementing a fix, and we will provide an update when data processing has moved out of a degraded state. Until performance is fully restored, critical workflows can be supported by using the Find Loans page.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: We have reprocessed all inspections that didn't have photos attached properly and reattached the photos. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  • Time: Sept. 1, 2023, 5:33 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We are aware of an issue where some inspections completed in the past week are missing some or all inspection photos. The defect causing the issue has been fixed, and we are in the process of restoring the photos for impacted inspections.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Built has validated full Insights Reporting recovery.
  • Time: Aug. 21, 2023, 4:56 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We have released a fix to account for a breaking change in Date/Time formats from our cloud hosting partner. Users that have existing reports open will need to exit insights and refresh their session. We are continuing to monitor the situation and expect full recovery in the next 10 minutes.

    Update: We have identified a fix and are working to patch our production environment.

    Update: We have identified the issue and are working towards resolution. The problem has been isolated to a date time format issue related to a cloud infrastructure update performed this morning.

    Update: Our file processing system is now operating normally. We apologize for any inconvenience.
  • Time: Aug. 15, 2023, 7:09 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: A large batch of file changes backed up our file processing systems. That batch of changes has been processed and normal performance has been restored. We are releasing an update to mitigate similar impact going forward and will be closely monitoring our systems to verify the update.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are investigating an issue with our file processing system. Uploaded files may take longer than normal to become available. We are working to identify the cause of the issues.

    Update: AWS had an outage impacting our integration Insights platform and integrations. Once AWS recovered we were able to recover our services as well.
