    Status: Resolved
    Update: We have confirmed the resolution of the issue. If app users experience an error upon submission please ensure they have updated their app to the current version, BIA 4.0.2. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  • Time: Oct. 6, 2023, 5:47 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We have deployed version 4.0.2 to the App Store and Play Store to resolve the issue. Final resolution will require all Built Inspect App (BIA) users to update their app to the current version, 4.0.2. Any additional inspections submitted through older versions of the app are being monitored and will be restored as they are identified.
  • Time: Oct. 5, 2023, 4:53 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: We are aware of the disparate issues impacting different versions of the Built Inspect App (BIA) for a small number of users. For users still on iOS version 4.0.0, inspections can appear stuck on the inspector’s schedule and will need to update their devices to version 4.0.1 in order to remediate. We have identified issues where some inspections are missing photos. This will be resolved with the newest release of 4.0.2 which will be available soon. We have identified issues where Inspectors are unable to remove some inspections from drafts or with self resolve; however, this is not impacting the actual submission. This will be resolved with the upcoming release of 4.0.2 which will be available soon. We will be alerting all Inspector users when BIA 4.0.2 is available for download in the App store and Play store.

    Update: We have confirmed the resolution of the issue. If iOS users experience an error upon submission please ensure they have updated their app to the current version, BIA 4.0.1. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Update: We are continuing to monitor for any further issues.

    Update: We have deployed version 4.0.1 to the App Store to resolve the issue. Final resolution will require all BIA 4.0 iOS users to update their app to the current version, 4.0.1. Any additional inspections submitted through BIA 4.0.0 iOS are being monitored and will be restored as they are identified.

    Status: Identified
    Update: We have identified a resolution to the issue causing delays in processing inspections submitted through Built Inspect App 4.0 in iOS. We are working to deploy version 4.0.1 to the App Store. Inspections that are attempted to be submitted via BIA 4.0 iOS are being restored as they are identified.

    Status: Identified
    Update: We have identified a small population of delayed inspections that were submitted through Built Inspect App 4.0 in iOS. We have temporarily removed access to the update from the Apple App Store and are working to restore any submitted inspections and the related photos or files.

    Update: PandaDoc is experiencing a service outage which is preventing Built users from sending lien waivers or signing pay apps.
