    Update: Service to Neon Pay has been restored. We sincerely apologize for this disruption. Neon Pay was unavailable for 19 minutes, 49 seconds, starting at 1:31 PM CT. We will continue to communicate with our partner to understand the nature of the incident and work to reduce future disruptions, and will update this incident report with additional detail once we have it.
  • Time: Jan. 18, 2023, 7:52 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: As of 1:31 PM CT, Neon Pay has been unable to process payments. We have identified that the root cause of the issue is a disruption that is affecting our upstream third-party processor. We are currently communicating with that partner to get more details of the disruption as well as an estimated timeline towards resolution.

    Update: We are currently investigating an issue where some users are reporting 502 error messages. We do not have any reports of issues with constituent forms or payment acceptance.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Users using SMS two-factor authentication are experiencing failures receiving codes. We have identified the cause of the SMS-based authentication issues, and our team is actively working on restoring SMS service completely. In the meantime, we will send authentication codes to those users' email addresses.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: Customers using SMS-based multi-factor authentication are experiencing delays or failures in receiving codes. This issue is being addressed by our SMS technology provider (Twilio). More details about the incident can be found here: https://status.twilio.com Customers using authenticator apps are not affected.

    Update: We have completed a server restart with no system downtime, this appears to have resolved all user login issues. We'll continue monitoring performance.
