  • Time: Jan. 24, 2024, 8:52 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: As of January 24th, Neon CRM email servers have been fully delisted from Spamhaus blocklists. We are continuing to monitor the situation. In the event that you experience any email deliverability issues after January 24th, please contact [email protected].
  • Time: Jan. 22, 2024, 8:25 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Neon CRM's email servers were added to Spamhaus blocklists due to some users' email practices. Examples of problematic behavior include sending emails to purchased lists or to constituents who have otherwise not consented to receiving communications from your organization. Neon CRM is awaiting confirmation from Spamhaus as to a timeline for complete issue resolution. While we have taken steps requested by Spamhaus, recipients may still inconsistently receive emails sent from Neon CRM. We will provide an update when it is available.
  • Time: Jan. 16, 2024, 8:44 p.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: Neon CRM email servers have been intermittently flagged by Spamhaus, an email blocklist manager. As a result, you may notice that some recipients inconsistently receive emails sent from Neon CRM. We are working with Spamhaus to resolve this and will provide an update when it is available.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: The incident is resolved and all systems are operational.
  • Time: Jan. 11, 2024, 9:18 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We have identified the cause and are implementing a solution. All CCM systems are operational. Neon Giving Days systems have been confirmed to not be impacted and are also operational.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: Some customers have experienced a slow connection and/or inability to login. We are currently investigating this issue and will update this page when we have more information.

    Update: The incident has been resolved and all systems are operational. A small subset of custom reports are currently not working. If this is affecting your organization, please submit a ticket to us from your support portal.

    Update: A fix for the 2 Factor Authentication Issue and the Neon CCM Canadian systems has been implemented. We are currently monitoring the results. The investigation into some custom report types is still ongoing.

    Update: The issue has been identified and we are working on implementing a fix for the 2 Factor Authentication Issue and an issue with the Neon CCM Canadian systems. We are also investigating a separate issue with some custom report types.
