    Update: Neon CRM experienced an outage between approximately 6:45 AM and 8:00 AM central, during which time logging in to Neon CRM as an admin or accessing webforms may have been impacted. The issue has been resolved.

    Update: Our cloud hosting provider, Amazon Web Services, is experiencing a general disruption that has impacted Neon One applications. You can read more about the specific incident on their status page: https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status So far, we have received reports that some customers have been unable to access Neon CRM. We are monitoring the incident and will provide updates as we learn more about the situation.

    Update: This incident has been resolved.

    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We have released a fix for this issue and it appears to be resolved. We will continue to monitor systems.
  • Time: Sept. 1, 2023, 6:14 p.m.
    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are continuing to investigate this issue - at this time, the issue appears to be impacting Test Email and System Emails, however we are also investigating some reports of slowness with action log exports, import manager imports, executive reports, and the quickbooks sync.

    Status: Investigating
    Update: We are currently investigating reports that system emails and test emails are not sending as expected from Neon CRM systems.

    Update: Neon CRM service has been fully restored.

    Update: A fix has been implemented and we are beginning to see service become available again. Due to the nature of DNS changes, it may take 30-120 minutes for all service to come back online.

    Update: Our team has identified that the root cause of this issue is a DNS record misconfiguration. We are implementing a correction to this issue and expect Neon CRM to become available soon.
