Description: From 1:30pm CST until 3:13pm CST, some users lost access to their Neon One apps and Neon One Academy. Access has been restored at this time. However, any users who reset their password over the course of the partial outage will need to do so again. We apologize for any disruption this has caused. Please reach out to your Neon support team if you run into further trouble accessing your apps.
