    Update: Between 6:21 AM and 7:10 AM UTC, certain customers encountered problems while using the upload widget. We have identified and resolved the underlying issue. Currently, we are actively monitoring the situation to ensure its stability.

    Update: Following recent changes to Twitter's API policies and access tiers, it's no longer possible for us to fetch new profile pictures from Twitter on our customers' behalf without using customer-specific credentials, or to refresh previously-fetched pictures. Existing Twitter profile pictures cached in your account's storage will continue to be accessible. Customers who wish to continue using this feature to fetch new profile pictures can provide Cloudinary with API access credentials that should be used when calling Twitter's API on their behalf. To provide us with your API access credentials, please contact our support team by submitting a request at https://support.cloudinary.com For more details about signing up for Twitter's API and generating the necessary tokens, please see their documentation.

    Update: Twitter has changed its API and Terms and Conditions which has caused non-cached entries to fail. We're evaluating how to proceed.

    Update: Customers with HTTP notification endpoints that support http/2 but were validating or expecting incoming HTTP header names in a case-sensitive way are experiencing issues since a recent deployment updated our outbound requests to use http/2 by default, which requires header names to be sent in lower case. We're deploying a fix to force http1.1 for our outbound requests to help customers work around this, and also recommend that any application code which is parsing header values is updated to be case insensitive, in keeping with the relevant HTTP RFCs.
