    Update: Call Tower is looking into some issues causing problems with customers able to answer inbound calls and this is affecting the CIT phones. Please use email or chat if you are having problems getting connected to CIT on the phone.

    Update: Datto support has provided an update to the Web Remote issue. "The Engineering Team is working on resolving this issue in a future release. However, as this is still being investigated, we do not currently have a workaround."

    Update: We are aware of issue in Web Remote where remote sessions are not able to establish connection to the remote device. We are working with Datto support to resolve the issue.
