    Update: Our service providers have stabilised the issues, and are normalising the situation. We will keep monitoring for unusual activity, but all services seem to be running as expected.

    Update: It seems the services are back to normal, and the backlog of pending jobs is cleared. We will continue to monitor the issue, to ensure that Heroku API delay responses do not affect our task queue.
  • Time: Dec. 4, 2017, 3:10 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: We were experiencing a shortage of available dynos for the past hour, where our task queue started responding too long. We are monitoring the tasks to see that the backlog of jobs gets reprocessed and Copado tasks are back to the regular execution times.

    Status: Resolved
    Update: Copado is fully operational. All jobs are running normally.
  • Time: Oct. 31, 2017, 2:11 p.m.
    Status: Monitoring
    Update: Heroku is starting to normalise its operation. Copado will start processing 7 hours worth of queued jobs.
  • Time: Oct. 31, 2017, 11:04 a.m.
    Status: Identified
    Update: Heroku is continuing its work on the platform issues. In the meantime our task queue is preserving the pending jobs and will attempt to start them as soon as there are Dynos available, so do not retry the actions on the Copado platform, to avoid queuing duplicate jobs.

    Update: Our one-off dynos are affected by a Heroku issue https://status.heroku.com/incidents/1334 . We are working towards normalising service shortly.
