If you have submitted a Support ticket to [email protected] and have not received a response, please contact your Customer Success Manager to report the request or problem. Details from Documoto Support Center Vendor: We are investigating reports of emails not creating tickets. We will close this incident once this issue has been resolved by our Support Application Provider.
