Description: We experienced a brief outage with our Okta tenant which lasted about 10 minutes. The service disruption should not have affected anyone in rooms nor anyone logging in with email and password, but may have affected someone trying to login via SSO. The situation is now resolved. We are investigating what occurred with Okta, and how to prevent this in the future. We apologize for any interruptions this caused to your work.

Description: Last weekend we upgraded our Amazon EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service). During the upgrade process some of our previous settings were lost, resulting in a misconfiguration of our clusters which interrupted our authorization service. People in rooms should not have been affected, but people trying to sign in or join rooms were impacted by this partial outage between 8:23 PM EDT and 9:14 PM EDT. The situation is now resolved.
